Was it "The Meaning of Life", where an elevator door opens and you see a photographer (Michael Palin) standing side on, with his assistant (Eric Idle), on his knees polishing Palin's camera lens by breathing on it?
I'm not sure now... I only saw that film once. When Mr. Creosote exploded, my mates and I cried so hard. It was at the movies - the audience just completely went nuts :D
